Testing MV and HV Motors

Motomea unique patented IDS (Inertial Dynamometer System) and it’s Portable Dynamometer system can test the MV and HV three-phase motor with 3 testing series: 93950 Series – Three Phase Motor Tester from 100kW up to 3000kW compatible with power analyzer 5650 series with current & voltage transducer. 93960 Series – Three Phase Motor Tester from 3000kW up to 8000kW compatible with power analyzer 5660 series with current & voltage transducer. 93970 Series – Three Phase Motor Tester from 8000kW up to 20000kW compatible with power analyzer 5670 series with current & voltage transducer.

Low-cost portable unit, with all the major motor performance tests of the MotorLab® system.

System Capabilities:

Provides motor performance data, from stall up to no-load, within seconds, including:

torque, speed, current, voltage, input power, output power, power factor, time, efficiency, frequency, the direction of rotation.

Provides dynamic performance tests data, including:

speed and torque spectrum, speed and torque oscillations, friction torque, friction spectrum, cogging torque level.

Motor performance data can be recorded in the system database for comparison and statistical analysis.

Motor power switching is done automatically by the system.

Motors can be tested inside their applications.

Tests results are provided graphically and tabulated.

Test reports in PDF and Excel format.

Connects directly to USB 2.0 port.
